About ChaosRoots

ChaosRoots is a simple calendar and schedule sharing application.

We want sharing schedules to be easy for everyone

Modern productivity tools often include features that let users easily add events to their calendars with just one click. As people who use our calendar apps for everything, we find this incredibly useful. Unfortunately, these features are typically offered by larger organizations through more expensive software solutions.

We built this application to bring that same convenience to smaller teams, groups, and communities—without any complexity.

Whether you’re organizing a study group, a small business meeting, or a local soccer league, planning often ends up happening through group messages. Unfortunately, important dates and times are easily lost in long message threads, leading to confusion or missed events.

Our platform offers a simple and intuitive interface to create and share calendars and event schedules. Instead of relying on back-and-forth messages or manually inviting everyone to events, you can generate a shareable calendar or event link that works seamlessly with the calendar apps people use everyday.

No more scattered plans. Just clear, organized scheduling—made simple for everyone.

1. Create calendars for schedules you want to share

Give your calendars a name and a description your audience will see when you share with them.

2. Add some events to your calendar

Add events. Start and end times will automatically use your preferred timezone.

3. Share your calendar

Every calendar gets a public page that you can share with anyone.

4. Easy calendar subscriptions

The "Add to calendar" button automatically opens the calendar app for your users. This will add an event or subscription to their calendar. Calendar subscriptions are automatically kept up-to-date by most modern calendar apps.
